While Jackson is not a fabrication shop, recent years have seen the addition of specialized equipment to provide customers with value added services. Our two CNC vertical band saws cut product to
precise lengths. Likewise our CNC plasma cutting table burns
through plate like a knife through butter creating holes and shapes
per the customer’s requirements. Our two Komo vertical machining centers also help us to create specialized parts. The ‘ironworker’
can punch holes through3/4 inch plate. Plate is also sheared on
our half-inch capacity shear. We do limited welding using our three
MIG welders. Rounding out our fabricating equipment is the
roll thread machine for threading steel roundbar.
